Boron Carbide Nozzles

If you are blasting with Aluminum Oxide, Silicon Carbide, Steel shot or other hard abrasive and not using Boron Carbide nozzles a lot of money is being wasted. Look at the chart below to see an estimate of service life for different types of nozzles. The higher cost of Boron Carbide nozzles is very easily justified. Not only will you get longer life but save time in less nozzle change over, use less air and have a longer consistent blast pattern which will make your production more efficient
